My passion for tennis

I have developed a training method based on the principles I learned from USTA, USPTA and from the experiences that helped me succeed in tennis. I enjoy working with players of all ages and levels but, I especially enjoy the challenge of coaching kids and teenagers, because I can make the quickest and biggest difference in their game and lives. The key to teaching teenagers is communication. It doesn't matter how much you know, if you can't present it to them in ways they can understand.

Every kid is a natural-born learner, but that potential is not always easily realized without a motivating fact. Sports are a great outlet for discovering one's potential as a learner. I believe that a sport like tennis helps to focus their minds and helps them understand what it takes to be successful. Once that is established their confidence, self-esteem soars and rewards that come with discipline in one area are transferred in other areas. It's just a short step away to realize that you can succeed in any area of life that you choose.

My goal daily is to help the students realize their potential in this sport in the most positive environment possible. I want everyone to love this game as I do.
